Features
Invoicing for photographers
Send an invoice for the balance or a product. Add tax if you need it. The client pays online, into your Stripe account. Proof does not take a percentage. A saved card and a monthly plan live on the client profile. See [cards on file](/features/cards-on-file).
One invoice, then a reminder if it sits
Use an invoice for the rest of a session or a commercial job. If a retainer was already paid, the invoice can bill the balance. You set a tax label and a rate. The default comes from your account.
An unpaid invoice can email the client a reminder: the first after 3 days, then every 4 days, stopping after 3. That is not a questionnaire sequence.
Invoicing starts on Solo ($12/mo or $130/yr).
You are the merchant
Proof does not hold the money and does not take a cut. Stripe's standard processing fee is the fee. You connect Stripe once in account settings.
Questions
Can I bill a client every month?+
A monthly or yearly plan bills a card saved on the client profile. That is separate from a one time invoice. See cards on file.
Does Proof charge a percentage on invoices?+
No. Proof takes 0%. Only Stripe's standard processing fee applies.
