Photography booking software

Turn on a booking page and clients take an open slot themselves. Studio time and on location time sit on one calendar. A slot only sells once. A retainer, paid into your Stripe account, holds the date.

Tied to the calendar you already use

Availability is the live calendar, not a form you check later. A clash is blocked, so two clients cannot buy the same hour. Studios see the whole roster on one grid.

The sessions on that page are packages you name: price, length, and an optional retainer, at the studio or on location.

You can subscribe your own bookings into Google, Apple, or Outlook. See calendar sync. You can still book a session yourself when someone calls.

The retainer holds the date

The retainer is a real charge at booking, into your own Stripe account. Proof takes 0% of it. Only Stripe's standard processing fee applies. You stop holding a slot on a promise.

Booking and retainers start on Solo ($12/mo or $130/yr). The free plan still delivers galleries for clients you already have.

The contract can ride along

On Solo and up, you can send a contract the client signs online. Both sides get a signed PDF. Proof does not send proposal packages or questionnaire sequences. If that automation is the center of your studio, HoneyBook is built for it. See contracts.
